Student to train/ perform, she clearly wasnt ready, did not have adequate tools, which they were aware of. The end results, did not get the cut or style I wanted. My hair was butchered.

I and my wife were top grads of Empire Education Group of Jackson,Tenn back in 2013,2014,15 respectively. These people stole all our financial aid and loan monies.
Have cyber stalked us and tracked us like animals. After numerous complaints of sexual harassment and bullying to the state board on her job at JCPenneys West Town Mall. On August 20,2017 ,she was viciously attacked from behind and almost killed !!! JC Penneys whole department store was terminated or asked to resign prior to her attack.
I have been licensed to practice cosmetology since December 2014. Unfortunately Empire ,in their stealing of my financial aid and loan monies had me somehow enrolled in their Astoria NY school at the time I 'm enrolled in Jackson,Tenn?Prior to the seizure of my identity by these vicious,unethical criminals as and the waiver of the companies rights by a Beth Krause on May 22,2018 ,case #01-17-****-**** with the American Arbitration Association I had last worked August 13,2016 for SmartStyles of Knoxville a business partner of Empire Education Group where I was wrongfully terminated and my ability to work "anywhere" was seized by these criminals !!! I'm in Memphis attempting to get on with my life however the aggravated identity theft and cyber stalking continues along with the Title VII,G.I.N.A,ADA,EPA violations handed down by the EEOC on August 30,2017. On October 23,2017 I filed a demand with the American Arbitration Association which was filed on October 30,2017,well within the 90 day window to have any matter heard in state/federal court !!!
These criminals stole my identity when I met them in November 2013 !!! Can someone help me to get these monsters off me and my spouses back ?

They have done absolutely nothing to resolve this issue. We’ve emailed management and nothing has happened. It’s been months and I’m no longer a student because I had to leave because they would not resolve the issues.
This place is absolutely *** I would never step foot in it. It deserves to be shut down.
Management is awful; so are the teachers.
Save your money and your time, and don't go to school here. You will not get any money back if you leave, telling management will not help the teachers are bigger bullies than the students I left crying every day, when me and my mom went to talk to the manager about it she wouldnt even step foot out of her office.

I registered for hair color change. What I ended up with was sore painful scalp.
The student that attempted to dye my hair did an absolutely terrible job. She was not caring. She was rough, careless, and she did not test the water before putting very hot water it on my hair. Furthermore, she pulled my hair terrible.
Did not listen when the instructor showed and gave directions. One of the instructors apologized to me because they realized how painful it was with student.
My overall rating is zero. And that because the instructor took over and finished the process.

Empire is the place. She has gone above and beyond in helping me with my skin.
Not only that, she always maintains the most positive attitude with customers and especially with her students. They all love her, and so do I! When I come in, I feel like I've come home. She is incredibly knowledgeable about skin and how to improve it.
I've come to Empire before, when it was on Charlotte Ave. She's simply the best. She is good-natured and incredibly encouraging to the students. She is a remarkable teacher who truly cares about her students, not only while they are in school but also after they graduate.
She follows up with them and tries to keep in touch. They are so fortunate to have her input in their lives.

I'm having a problem with the communication between the administrators and myself. I was told last week that if they didn't get with me then regarding my graduation date and information, they would today (5/28/24). I was here all day and even reminded the assistant administrator, but still was not called for my meeting. At the end of the day, I went into the administrator's office and was told that this matter was not considered urgent or important. I told her it is important because my family and friends would like to know the day I graduate. She then proceeded to type something aggressively on her computer, and told me since this is important to go ahead and get it over with. There's a graduation going on at this time, so I just said forget it, we can talk about it tomorrow. She started to say no, let's get this over with and I walked out of her office and closed the door. There's too much friction between the administrators and myself, and I don't know why. I come to school and I have a 95% in my coursework. My attendance is at 77% because since I started school, I've lost my mother, grandfather, and stepmother within six months. This school showed no sympathy for me or my situation. As a matter of fact, they told me to come to school for two hours the day before my mother's funeral. How they feel about me personally is not my business. But when it comes to taking care of my business with the school, I don't take this lightly. I know this email will be forwarded back to Ashley, but I wanted to send this to the corporate office for a receipt. I would appreciate a response from someone in corporate or please forward this to whom it may concern.

I feel the way I have been treated and talked to as a student paying to go there, and writing TWO grievance letters and not talking to anyone yet isnt a great look and dont make me feel good either. Seems the complaints I have and how I was treated dont seem important enough for them.

You can't learn anything because the other students are to busy talking about you or other people, the school did not care about the bullying that was going on. How is this school going to make me a hairstylist when they say "all we do is teach you how to pass the state board", for 23,000?
The school I went to looked run down and the tables we used we're nasty, the night students never cleaned the tables. I paid 23,000 just to practice on sticks and to be harassed by the nasty homeless people who SLEEP ON the tables we use to eat are you kidding me? I was told if you don't like eating outside then go inside.
The lunch room was ALWAYS filled and I never find a spot. I told the school that their was a bee hive growing near the tables were we would eat and I'm allergic to bees and I was told "if it happened outside that's not our problem"
The "teachers" I had would tell me that I'm not passionate about hair and that I need to go somewhere else, and I was kicked out

I was just in a career center in Atlanta GA. Somehow Empire Education Group/Regis Salons were able to not only seize my identity again,given to them by employees at Goodwill Career Center.
They somehow used me to take out a fraudulent loan of some kind? They had me and my spouse ran out of Oklahoma City ok a couple days ago after we were forced to go into the State Attorney General office seeking assistance. A "Michael Hanson" took copies of blatantly fraudulent documents and assured us that we would get help. Police pulled up on us a couple nights ago and ran our identities.
